Priyanka Chopra, not Kate Middleton, to be godmother to Meghan Markle's baby?

Seems like the Royal feud between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton is getting too serious, since reports suggest that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may not consider William and Kate as godparents of their first child.

Pregnant Meghan and Prince Harry had announced their pregnancy in October in an official statement released by Kensington Palace.

Now rumour has it that Kate and William may not be considered by the Royal couple for the role.

The decision to exclude Kate and William may also be because of the fact that according to traditions Royals very rarely go for direct brothers or sisters.

In fact, they might be considering someone else from the Royal family or from outside to take up the role.

According to a daily, Royal commentator Andrea Boehlke suggested that Meghan and Harry may not go the traditional way. “We’ve been talking about Jessica Mulroney, she has to have a shoe in. She’s Meghan’s best friend.”

It seems very likely that Meghan may opt for someone who she has known for a long time, someone who she knows from her celebrity years.

Boehlke also said that since Meghan is very close to Serena Williams and Bollywood’s Desi Girl, Priyanka Chopra, she might also consider them for the role.

She added, “Perhaps Princess Eugenie again. They are very close. She lives in Kensington Palace, very close to them.”

So, who will Meghan finally choose for the role? As for us, we are just excited for the Royal baby!
