However, rumours have been swirling suggesting the professional will be quitting the line-up when the show returns later this year.
Kevin appeared on This Morning earlier today to discuss his upcoming projects, including a role in Rock Of Ages.
And it seems he will also be moving on to teaching in his mum and dad’s dance school.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, Kevin said: “Dancing’s been in our family for years.
“My nan was the Quickstep champion of Hemel Hempstead!
“Now, me and Jo [Joanne Clifton] are moving into teaching in mum and dad’s dance school.”
With his new Rock Of Ages role and a coaching job, is this the biggest hint yet Kevin will quit Strictly Come Dancing.
The professional dancer also explained how he will be getting a tattoo live on the show.
He made a bet with Susan Calman in the 2017 version of Strictly Come Dancing that if they got to Blackpool, they would get a tattoo each.
Susan stuck to her guns and got “I love Grimsby” printed on her foot.
She had dared Kevin to do the same but with her hometown of Glasgow.
However, he had never done it – until today’s This Morning.
Kevin won last year’s Strictly Come Dancing with Stacey Dooley.
He had been in the final four times but had never taken the Glitterball Trophy.
He reflected on the night he won and said it was one of the most amazing nights for him.
Kevin reminisced: “My parents were sat just to the left of us.
“I thought because we were bottom with the judges, there’s no chance we were going to win,” adding how his parents doubted too.
“When Tess [Daly] said, ’Stacey and Kevin’, my knees gave way.
Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One later this year.
